Does the Activity Feed capture IP address and device info?

Yes, when available. Expanding an entry shows who initiated it plus the IP address and device details captured for that action.

Does the app provide turn‑by‑turn navigation?

Yes! Drivers can launch navigation via Google Maps, Apple Maps, or Waze from each stop, and pick a default navigation app in their mobile app settings.

Yes. When a route is dispatched and assigned, the driver receives a push notification with a shortcut into the route (requires notification permission).

Yes. The app runs on iOS (including iPad) and Android phones and tablets; install it from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the driver’s phone number.

Does tracking continue if the driver closes the app?

Yes — provided background location is configured as allowed (Always/Allow all the time) and the OS isn’t restricting the app. Force‑quitting or disabling location will pause updates until the app is reopened.

How accurate are ETAs?

ETAs use route distance, stop service times, and historical traffic, and they update during the day as drivers progress. Accuracy improves when addresses and time windows are clean.

How are delivery date and time zones handled in EasyRoutes?

Time windows use each stop's local time zone, so windows are honoured even when routes cross time zone boundaries.

How are driver seats billed?

Billing is seat‑based. Pay only for the number of driver seats in your plan, and assign seats to any drivers in your roster and toggle seats on/off as needed. Charges are prorated when you add or remove seats mid‑cycle.

How are orders missing a shipping address handled?

EasyRoutes flags any orders that are missing a shipping address so you can add or correct the address before routing. For pickup orders, use your store or pickup location as the address.

Add or remove stops on existing routes, then re‑optimize to refresh ETAs and send updates to the driver app. Changes can be made anytime during the day.

How do driver seats work?

Driver seats are active licenses you assign to people in your driver roster. Activate a seat to let a driver receive routes in the EasyRoutes Delivery Driver app; deactivate a seat to pause access without deleting their profile. You can toggle seats anytime and only pay for the seats on your plan at that moment. Charges/credits are prorated automatically when you add or remove seats.

Click the + Add button under the map, choose Custom stop, and enter the stop details with a valid address.

How do I add a driver to EasyRoutes?

Invite new drivers from the Drivers & Vehicles tab of your EasyRoutes navigation menu. Enter a driver's phone number and they’ll receive a link to install and sign in to the app.
