Can drivers confirm who received the delivery?

Yes. The e-signature captures who signed and a Driver Task or note records the recipient — all stored with the EasyRoutes stop's proof of delivery.

Can drivers mark a stop attempted/failed with a reason?

Yes. Drivers mark a stop Attempted, choose a preset reason (e.g. no answer, inaccessible, Canceled), and can add a note or proof of delivery.

Yes — if enabled. Planners can allow drivers to manually reorder stops and or re‑optimize remaining stops mid‑route.
