Can I notify a customer when a delivery is rescheduled or reattempted?

Yes. Enable the Rescheduled notification in EasyRoutes to send customers an updated date, window, and tracking link when a delivery moves.

Yes. Use the customizable Rescheduled notification (email/SMS) to explain delays, provide a new ETA/date, and update the customer tracking link.

Model extended-handling stops with longer per-stop service time; a route is assigned to one driver, so staff two-person jobs with a crew.

Yes. Create pickup‑only routes or mix pickups and deliveries. Use your store or pickup point as the address, and include any notes/requirements for staff reference.

Can I print delivery manifests?

Yes. Drivers see a manifest in the mobile app, and you can also print route manifests with order details for offline use or records. Choose the Print menu on any route.

Can I print labels for each package?

Yes. Print Packing labels from the route’s Print menu. Choose one label per stop or per item (package), then customize variables and size. Available in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and Web (paid plans).

Yes. Print route summaries, packing slips/labels, and inventory lists from the route’s Print menu, or save as PDF for digital sharing.

Can I print packing slips for each stop on a route?

Yes! Both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web let you print packing slips for every stop in route order. Open a route, click Print, check Packing slips, and print or save to PDF.

Can I re-optimize a route after creating it?

Yes. Re‑optimize at any time — after adding/removing stops, changing stop priorities, editing route options, or balancing loads. Drivers can also re-optimize routes delivered out of order, or re‑order stops if enabled from your EasyRoutes Settings.

Can I remove a driver seat without removing the driver?

Yes. Deactivating frees the seat for someone else to occupy, while retaining the driver in your roster for easy re‑activation later.

Can I reprint packing slips or labels?

Yes. Reopen any route and use Print to reprint packing slips or labels, or re‑export to PDF. If a route was archived, simply unarchive it first.

Can I require a scan before completing a stop?

Yes. Make a Scanner-input task required for Delivered/Attempted, or require a Barcode Scan as proof of delivery, so a stop can’t be completed without a scan.

Can I require an order to be handed to a specific, named recipient?

No hard named-recipient lock, but a required EasyRoutes Driver Task and signature enforce and document handing an order to the right person.

Yes. Require an e-signature to mark a stop delivered and add a required Driver Task confirming an ID check for restricted items in EasyRoutes.
