How do I add a driver to my EasyRoutes account?

Invite drivers from the Drivers & Vehicles tab of your EasyRoutes navigation menu. Enter a driver's phone number and they’ll receive a link to install and sign in to the app.

How do I change my plan?

You can change your plan at any time in your EasyRoutes settings by following the instructions found in the EasyRoutes support portal. Any active drivers and seats you have on your current plan will also be changed to the new plan's monthly price.

In Settings > Delivery Zones, click Create zone, trace your area with the polygon tool, close the shape, then name it and pick a route colour.

Mark the stop Attempted with a reason, then use Send to another route in EasyRoutes to redeliver on a new or later route.
