Can I set different service times for different stops or stop types?

Yes. Set a route-wide Time per stop in EasyRoutes, then override service time on individual stops that need more or less — accurate ETAs either way.

Yes. Set Time per stop in EasyRoutes to add a service-time buffer at each stop, factored into ETAs and route length — in both Shopify and Web.

Yes. Select stops on a route and choose Send to another route, or drag between routes on a Route Group. Re‑optimize after moving to refresh ETAs.

Yes. On Premium/Enterprise plans you can display a live driver pin on tracking pages when the driver is 1–10 stops away.

Can I still use Shopify's built‑in delivery notifications?

Yes. You can use Shopify’s built‑in Local Delivery/Shipping notifications instead of (or along with) EasyRoutes email/SMS. Avoid duplicate sends by disabling overlapping templates.

Can I test a Workflow before enabling it for my team?

Yes. You can create and save Workflows in a draft state, test them with sample data, and only enable them once you’re confident they work as intended.

We recommend using a test store or non‑production data for integration testing — e.g., draft orders or manual stops with your own contacts — before pushing to production.

Yes. Delivery Analytics reports completion rates, average delivery times, and success rates; filter by driver or date and export to CSV.

Yes. Confirm the route is started, location is set to Always/Precise, battery saver is off, and the app is up to date. If needed, reopen the app to resume tracking.
