Yes. You can reshape a zone after creating it — open Settings > Delivery Zones, select the zone, adjust its points on the map, then save your changes. You can also rename it or change its route colour at any time. Updated boundaries apply the next time you use that zone to select orders for a route. Works in both EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web.

In Settings > Delivery Zones, click Create zone, trace your area with the polygon tool, close the shape, then name it and pick a route colour.
Yes. Add/remove stops, drag‑and‑drop stops to reorder them, change drivers or schedules, and re‑optimize at any time.
Yes. Re‑optimize at any time — after adding/removing stops, changing stop priorities, editing route options, or balancing loads. Drivers can also re-optimize routes delivered out of order, or re‑order stops if enabled from your EasyRoutes Settings.
Time windows use each stop's local time zone, so windows are honoured even when routes cross time zone boundaries.
Yes. Use the Create zone dropdown in Settings > Delivery Zones, choose Import KML, and drop in your .KML file; zone names apply automatically.
Orders outside the selected zone’s boundary are held back for review rather than dropped, so you can route or reassign them separately.
An AI assistant reads your spreadsheet headers and proposes an initial column-to-field mapping; review the preview and click Edit stops to adjust anything.
