Drivers should enable: (1) Location set to Always/Allow all the time with Precise on for accurate tracking and ETAs; (2) Camera/Photos to capture proof of delivery; (3) Notifications for new route alerts; and (4) on Android, allow Storage/Media so photos save correctly. Battery optimization should not restrict the app so background location continues during a route.

The Delivery Driver app is available in English, Dutch, and German, with a driver language setting; customer notifications and tracking pages can be written in any language.

Yes. Control what drivers can do and see: allow/disable re‑ordering or re‑optimizing stops and choose which customer fields are visible in the app.
Yes. Live driver location on tracking pages is optional - keep it internal or show it to customers when their driver is 1–10 stops away.
Yes. Require photos, eSignature, and/or a driver note individually before a stop can be marked Delivered or Attempted in the driver app.
