Yes. From Proof of Delivery settings, you can force one or more PoD elements to be collected before drivers can complete a stop. Choose the combinations that fit your workflow — e.g., require a photo for attempted stops, or require e‑signatures for only completed stops. These rules apply in EasyRoutes for Shopify and EasyRoutes for Web, and can include Attempted stops.

Absolutely. Drivers can add photos, collect an e‑signature, and record notes at each stop; these appear in the route and customer tracking (if enabled).
Yes. Require photos, eSignature, and/or a driver note individually before a stop can be marked Delivered or Attempted in the driver app.
The Delivery Driver app is available in English, Dutch, and German, with a driver language setting; customer notifications and tracking pages can be written in any language.
Yes. The app runs on iOS (including iPad) and Android phones and tablets; install it from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the driver’s phone number.
Yes. Make a Scanner-input task required for Delivered/Attempted, or require a Barcode Scan as proof of delivery, so a stop can’t be completed without a scan.
